Employee Related: Follow-up and oversee employees, concerning issues that pertain to the organization's policies and procedures. The lead must be familiar with the policies/procedures to appropriately ensure they are adhered to. Be available to assist employees in times of need and urgent situations, making sure any urgent matter is reported to management immediately or in the event of an emergency situation that's building/office related, please report to the security office on duty immediately. Include Dates/Times/Floor/Area/Employee for all items.
Employee Related issues:
Employee Related Scheduling: During Holiday Seasons, direct all employees to observe/identify their offices holiday schedule and report to you, that you may report to management for scheduling purposes. Any other scheduling issues that may arise, be sure to advise employees to complete the necessary Absence Request Form online, according to the Policies and Procedures. Any observations of no-shows should be reported to management as soon as possible.
Report scheduling related issues:
Service Quality Inspections Issues: Service/Quality inspections must be completed and reported for each floor. All identified items should be discussed with the appropriate employee and reported in this report. Include in the report, the Floor/area/specifics/details of the issue and appropriate employee, including the date/time of discussion. Identify and ensure all client comments/concerns (in the book) have been addressed.
Service Quality Inspection issues.
Safety Inspections: Identify and report any unsafe situation observed. Those within the scope of the authority of AFL Cleaning Services should be rectified where possible, with the appropriate employee responsible for the floor/area/situation. Include in the report the situation, solution and date/time discussed with the employee and for which the situation was rectified.

Supplies Inventory & Equipment Inspection: Inventory of Supplies should be conducted weekly and included in the weekly report. Also, encourage all employees to report any issues with equipment or supplies that are provided from AFL in which they have need of that you might include in the weekly report.
